    Been to other JJ locations. This one is special.

    Customer service is so so. The enthusiasm is there. Service is so so.

    Sandwiches are so so. Bread tasted stale. Was edible.  Overall was average based on other locations.  Will try a different sandwich shop in the meantime.  Much better options in the area.

    Ordered online and arrived at the store about 15 min after the order was placed. They still had not pulled the ticket from the printer. And then it took another 10 minutes to build the order because I ordered an unwhich and the had to pull a head of lettuce and cut and wash it. .

    Worst store location ever. They mess up every order, I work with a bunch of people and they constantly are getting their order wrong too. It's a sandwich, it's frustrating that they're incapable to make one that you order. Simple instructions. I'll never order from them again. Imbeciles.

    Took over 30 minutes to get here and order was not right and the sandwich was wet. Yep wet. I guess the drinks spilled.  Called them back up and the manager said they will remake it, I told him will it take 30 minutes because I need to head out, he said nope we will have it much sooner.  45 minutes later the sandwich came.

    Zero stars. Awful customer service and very disappointing. Delivery took over an hour.
